Biography:
Daria Kowalczyk-Chrząstowska is a PhD student at the University of Wroclaw, Poland, with a strong academic background in Environmental Chemistry, having earned her degree from the same institution in 2007. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a Polish cosmetics company, where she oversees production process optimization, new product and machinery development, and quality assurance. Her professional focus centers on sustainable industrial practices, particularly waste minimization and environmental protection. Daria is actively involved in the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education’s “Implementation Doctorate” program, through which she is developing an innovative wastewater treatment plant tailored for the cosmetics industry.
Research Interest:
Daria Kowalczyk-Chrząstowska’s research interests focus on industrial environmental sustainability, with particular emphasis on waste minimization, wastewater treatment, and environmental protection in manufacturing processes. She is especially interested in developing innovative solutions for the cosmetics industry, including the design and implementation of advanced wastewater treatment systems. Her work integrates environmental chemistry with practical industrial applications to promote eco-efficient and sustainable production.
