Biography:
Shivanshi Chauhan is a second-year BBA LLB student at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, with interests in environmental law, corporate law, and sustainable management. She interned at the District Legal Services Authority and has presented a paper at NITTTR Kolkata. Passionate about interdisciplinary research, she has authored papers on domestic violence and e-waste management and co-authored research on sustainable infrastructure, climate-resilient urban development, and business models for green retrofitting. She aspires to pursue a judicial career dedicated to environmental justice and equitable governance.

Shivanshi Chauhan’s research interests lie at the intersection of environmental law, corporate governance and sustainable development. She is particularly focused on exploring legal frameworks for environmental protection, climate-resilient urban planning and corporate accountability in sustainability initiatives. Her work also delves into policy analysis related to e-waste management, sustainable infrastructure and the integration of environmental ethics into business practices. Additionally, she is keen on advancing research that promotes environmental justice, equitable governance and the role of law in fostering sustainable economic growth.
