Biography:
Urazalina Alina Serikovna holds a Master’s degree in Natural Sciences with a specialization in Biology and is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Geobotany. She works as a Junior Researcher in the Laboratory of Plant World Cadastre at the Institute of Botany and Phytointroduction. Her research primarily focuses on the flora and systematics of arid regions of Kazakhstan, contributing valuable insights into the study and conservation of the country’s unique plant biodiversity. She has been actively involved in the implementation of multiple budgetary programs and research grants at the Institute, strengthening her expertise and commitment to advancing botanical sciences.
Research Interest:
Urazalina Alina Serikovna’s research interests focus on the flora and systematics of arid regions of Kazakhstan. She is particularly dedicated to studying plant diversity, taxonomy and ecological adaptations of species thriving in arid and semi-arid environments.
